The Today’s Summary page is available to HR Professionals with the Importer role, showing each importer a daily list of documents they uploaded. The list resets at midnight EST and only displays activity for the current day, allowing users to review, print, and confirm their daily import records and indexing information.
The Today’s Summary page is a feature that is visible to HR Professionals with the Importer role and assists individual importers with reviewing the total number of documents that the importer uploaded on a day.
The list is tailored to each importer - an importer only sees the documents that they uploaded.
The list refreshes and removes imported documents at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST). Import activity is only maintained for the day on which the import takes place.
To access the Today's Summary tab:
- Click on Today's Summary from the left-hand navigation menu:
2. View the summary:
3. The Today’s Summary displays details associated with documents imported today only.
4. Use the information on the Today’s Summary tab to:
- View and print a record of productivity for the day
- Confirm that the indexing information is consistent with the documents that were imported
