HR Admins can search for user profiles if they have access to the POID and Agency Subelement Code for the user's current employment. Using the Manage Users screen, accessed via the Admin dropdown, they enter search criteria and click Search. Results appear below, and the user account can be opened by double-clicking the relevant row.
The HR Admin role allows certain users the ability to search for user profiles and then edit the account in multiple ways. HR Admin can only access user profiles if they have access to the POID and Agency Subelement Code aligned with the user's current, active employment.
HR Admin use the Manage Users screen to search for accounts:
- Click on the Admin dropdown from the left navigation menu and select Manage Users.
2. On the Manage Users screen, enter information in the search fields and select Search.
3. Results of the search will appear in the user list, below the search fields:
Note: New incoming accounts will appear by default at the top of the User list with the Role Pending assignment.
4. Locate the user you are provisioning access for and open the user's account by double-clicking on the row:
