To access employee documents:
- Click on Employee Documents in the left-side navigation:
2. From the Employee Folder Search page, enter the employee's information in any of the available search fields (SSN is recommended).
3. Click the blue Search button.
4. The matching results will be returned in the grid below the search fields:
5. Double-click on an employee’s folder to display a list of the documents within that folder.
6. The list of documents is presented in order by most recent effective date, but the order can be changed by selecting any of the column headings.
7. Click on a blue form number link to open the document preview window.
8. Indexing information is present to the right of the document:
Depending on your role, you may have a Modify button next to the Expand button in the upper left-hand corner.
9. Select the Expand button to enlarge the document view to perform a more detailed review.
10. A full-page view of the selected document displays and you can zoom in or out using the - and + signs at the top of the document:
11. You can also download or print from the full-page view of the document by selecting the download icon or the print icon
also at the top of the document.
