Users with the HR Admin role are able to search for Recently Deleted documents. Documents that have been in Recently Deleted for more than 120 days will be automatically permanently deleted.
Access the Recently Deleted tab:
Navigate to the Recently Deleted tab under Employee Documents in the left navigation.
- The grid at the bottom will display a list of all the documents that you have deleted across all employee folders:
3. Restore or purge deleted documents as needed using the Restore and Purge buttons in the top right of the grid.
Search for Specific Recently Deleted Documents
You can search for specific deleted documents if you don't want to scroll through your lists of recently deleted documents looking for a particular file.
From the Recently Deleted page, enter information in any of the available search fields:
- Click the blue Search button.
- The matching results will be returned in the grid below the search fields.
