Documents with indexing errors, indicated by an error symbol, may fail to transfer. To fix, click the error row to preview the document, then use the indexing panel to identify and modify fields with errors. After reindexing, return to the Review Folder page; the document will move to the "Ready to transfer" column. Repeat until all errors are resolved.
Documents with indexing errors may fail to transfer. Documents with indexing errors will be denoted with an error symbol if they have failed to transfer because of an indexing error.
- To reindex a document with error, click the row containing the error symbol
. The document preview will appear below the list of documents.
- The indexing panel will display an error and the indexing fields with errors will be marked with the error symbol

Click the “Modify” button or the link in the indexing error to enter modify document mode:
Correct the indexing fields with errors, then press "Save and Close" to return to the Review Folder page:
- The document will now display in the “Ready to transfer” column.
- Continue reindexing documents until all error icons are gone.
Note: You can reindex a document any time simply by selected it from the employee's folder and click "Modify." You do not have to wait for the system to identify errors during/before a transfer.
