| 507955 | We added form versioning for the Forms Data Feed (FDF). eOPF now keeps earlier versions of form templates, so each document displays on the template that was in effect when its data was submitted. Newly submitted forms use the current version. |

|---|---|
| 464278 | We fixed an issue where the message on a completed transfer task suggested the employee had moved their own folder. The message now names the HR Specialist who completed the transfer, matching the Assignee field on the same page. |
| 551915 | We fixed an issue where valid documents failed to load through the Index Data Feed (IDF). Each document comes in with an image count listing how many pages the file should have. If that number did not match the actual page count of the PDF, the system rejected the file, even when everything else about it was correct. A common cause was a blank final page. The system no longer compares the image count to the page count, and these documents now load. |
585089 585101 | We fixed an issue where a document could file to an unexpected folder when an employee had more than one employment record on file. Documents now file consistently to the same employment record each time. Employees with a single employment record are not affected. |
| 585111 | We fixed two issues with employee information coming in from the external Employee Data Feed. When an employee returned to the same agency, the feed created a second employment record instead of updating the one already on file. And when an employee already had more than one matching record, the feed stopped processing that employee entirely, so their information did not update. The feed now updates the existing record for a returning employee, and processes employees who have more than one record on file. |
| 603044 | We fixed an issue affecting users who hold more than one position. When the external Employee Data Feed received a record marking a user inactive at one agency, the system removed that user's access for all of their positions, not just the one named in the record. The system now removes access only for the position that matches the record. Access tied to the user's other positions stays in place. |

| 577219 | Documents Request Service (DRS) - Document Table of Contents When you request your OPF through DRS, your download now includes a table of contents as the first item in the zip file. It opens as a web page titled "Table of Contents." The page lists every document in your folder in a table with three columns – file name, form name, and effective date. Each file name works as a link. Select it and the matching PDF opens. Folders can hold a large number of documents with file names that are hard to scan. The table of contents lets you find the document you want by form name or date, then open it directly, instead of opening files one by one to see what they are. |
Bugfixes

|---|---|
| 472134 | Employment status after Agency-to-Agency transfers We fixed an issue with folder transfers between agencies. When you transferred a folder to a gaining agency, the system moved the documents correctly and changed the folder status to "Transfer Confirmed," but it did not set an End Date on the employment. This left the employment in "Active" status even though the folder held no documents. Employments in this state also returned an error message and the system blocked the transfer if you tried again. The system now sets an End Date and changes the employment to "Inactive" as soon as an agency-to-agency transfer finishes. |
| 559707 | Modify Document grid sizing We fixed an issue in the Modify Document view where the document grid shrank once a document contained more than six pages. The grid stayed small no matter what zoom level you used, which made the page thumbnails hard to see. The grid now keeps a consistent size regardless of how many pages the document holds. |
