We have updated the Deleted Documents and Purged Documents reports name and description fields so that it is clear to HR Professionals running reports that the generated report is a historical report reflecting document events and does not indicate the document’s current status.

We have fixed an issue in which the Employee Data Feed (EDF) was not removing elevated access as expected. This change should resolve the “access removed/retained incorrectly” reports tied to EDF processing.

We added to a note to all reports that contain a Modifier column so that HR Professionals running reports will know that certain results exist, but they do not have access to view the users.

The note will display at the top of the CSV file as: Note: 'Access Denied' under the modifier columns represents an exclusion in your access rights.
CSV report with a note explaining that “Access Denied” in modifier columns means the HR Professional does not have access rights to view that user information.

The actual rows containing user information that is excluded from the HR Professional will display as follows:

566715We corrected an issue in which EDF were generally removing elevated permissions for all employments if the EDF ended a specific employment, including contractor employments. Now, EDF will end the access for the specific employment that it is end-dating and leave access tied to other active employments.
553143We identified an issue in which certain EDF were able to incorrectly change a transferred folder status from Transfer Confirmed to Inactive. EDFs should only be able to change a folder with a Transfer Confirmed status to Active.

We corrected this issue so that transferred folders now retain the correct status after transfer, preventing issues with late-arriving document processing and avoiding scenarios where transferred folders could incorrectly become eligible for additional transfers.
510339In the past, HR Professionals with the Importer role have not been able to download their Today’s Summary. 

We have fixed the issue and now Importers can both download and print their Today’s Summary.

We identified an issue in which the system was not applying access exclusions to reports, i.e., HR Professionals with access exclusions were able to view the excluded users in reports.

The affected reports were:

  • Deleted Documents
  • Purged Documents
  • Transfer

We corrected the issue so that HR Professionals running reports will only be able to view the users to whom they have access, even if the report criteria apply to the excluded user, e.g. they deleted a document or were transferred.

We also completed routine maintenance to improve the security, stability, and long-term supportability of eOPF services while supporting ongoing platform modernization (items 534642, 552133, 534641, 557789).
