After successfully requesting their documents in the DRS portal, the email users receive has a link that directs them back to DRS where they will log in to download their documents. We fixed an issue where users encountered a generic error ("Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later.") when attempting to view an employee with a “pending” assignment in the “Manage User” section. This issue only occurred when the browser screen size was set to 75%-80% zoom levels. Users are now successfully navigated to the employee’s Profile page when the employee has a “pending” assignment. |
