| Item # | Description |
| 447075 | Users with the HR Admin or HR Transfer role at a Gaining agency will receive the following Additional Details bullets from the Losing agency in the Transfer Activity Notification email that the system generates during a transfer:
This additional information will allow users to quickly identify a transfer that they are facilitating. |
| 489547 | We enhanced the Deleted Documents Report with the following fields:
We also corrected a bug in which the same name was populating in both the Owner’s First/Last Name and Modifier’s First/Last Name columns. A user should never be able to delete their own documents. Going forward, the report will not contain the same name for the Modifier and Owner columns. |
509800 | This enhancement allows the system to remove stalled print jobs that were marked as deleted after the system makes multiple attempts to process the print job, preventing queues from being cluttered by deleted print jobs. |
Bugfixes
| Item # | Description |
|---|---|
| 504452 | We fixed an issue in which the Include inactive employees in results checkbox was automatically re-checking during searches on the Employee Folder Search screen. Now the checkbox should stay unchecked if manually unchecked during searches and results should not display any inactive folders. |
| 501119 | We fixed an issue impacting the creation of new profiles (either contractor or employee). Users were able to see all agency Subelement Codes under a POID regardless of permission. However, when a user is creating a profile, they should only see and select the POIDs and Agency Subelement Codes to which they have personal access. Now the Agency Subelement Code dropdown should only reflect the POIDs and agency subelement codes to which the creating user has access. |
510377 | We fixed an issue that was occurring when a user edited an existing access template and a duplicate row error displayed. Even when the user corrected the duplicates, the row numbers showed errors in fields that were not duplicates and should not have triggered error messaging. The error messaging prevented users from saving their changes. Now the duplicate row error message only triggers when a true duplicate row is created. |
512325 | We fixed an issue that was causing confusion during access template creation in which users were adding rows with the same POID and Agency Subelement Code but different Org Codes. The system was generating error icons next to these similar (not duplicate rows) but allowing users to save their access templates even with the error messages. Now users will not see error messages next to similar but non-duplicative rows. |

444492, 503795, 504566, 503786, 503839, 503811, 503820, 503828 | Improved Document Identification: We added an optional Description field so that users can better communicate and understand document contents when adding or modifying documents. Enhanced Search Filters: We added additional search filters including required POID and Agency Subelement fields to improve accuracy when searching employee folders. These additional search filters also allow users to generate a report on Active/Inactive folders by downloading a CSV file with the search results (see next enhancement). Improved Export Functionality: We moved the Export button to above the grid, enabled a CSV export, and created an error message to appear if export criteria are not entered. |
