December 2025 eOPF Release Notes

Updated

December's updates addressed some transfer issues related to SF-50s indexed to the Temporary folder, improved work item visibility, and fixed bugs in the Recently Deleted search results. We also removed "Transfer SF75" from the Contact eOPF Help Desk form's Category/Subcategory dropdown since it’s not supported in the modernized eOPF system. Additionally, the "Include Inactive Employees in Results" checkbox on the Employee Documents search will now be checked by default, but you can uncheck it if you’d like.

Fixed an issue where SF-50s indexed to the Temporary folder side were transferring when they should not have.

HR Admin and HR Transfer users will see visual indicators showing whether each SF-50 is eligible to transfer based on its folder side, consistent with the Master Forms List (MFL):

  • SF-50s filed on the Permanent folder side display a green check mark , indicating they are valid and eligible for transfer.
  • SF-50s filed on the Temporary folder side display a red exclamation mark , indicating they require reindexing before the transfer can proceed. These documents will not transfer until corrected.
  • All other documents follow existing rules: transfer-enabled forms show a green check , and non-transferable forms show a gray icon .
486644 Fixed an issue where HR Admin and HR Transfer users with additional access (multiple roles) were not seeing work items under their Task Summary on the home page and Task Active tab on the Tasks page. The user’s work items once again display as expected. 
487538 Fixed an issue where no results appeared on the Recently Deleted Items page for searches with the same Start and End Date.

480642 The "Include Inactive Employees in Results” checkbox will now be checked by default on the Employee Documents search screen, minimizing the risk of HR Professionals forgetting to check the box when searching for records. Users can deselect the box if they are only searching for Active employees.
