| 480924 | We fixed a bug in which the system was not producing a notification when identifying a duplicate transfer request submission. Going forward, if the system receives a transfer request and identifies it as a duplicate, the system will notify the user with the following message: "A transfer request has already been submitted by [agency]. Please contact your Agency POC for assistance." If you receive this notification, navigate to the Tasks tab and enter the employee's SSN to view the existing request. No other action is required on your part. |
