Incorrectly entered SSNs can create incorrect account duplicates for users. To prevent confusion and enhance accurate record-keeping, incorrect accounts can be purged on the back end upon formal request from an Agency POC.
To request the purge of an eOPF account:
- Download the form below
- Complete the form with the required information, including the incorrect SSN of the account needing to be purged
- Email the completed form to the eOPF Help Desk eopfhelpdesk@eopf.opm.gov
