Issue
Some HR Professional users are experiencing an issue when transferring records to NPRC, or when processing a transfer request prior to the Folder Review page. The error message Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later indicates that documents within the folder contain indexing errors. This is occurring when a document (e.g. SF 50 or SF 52) has no NOA code listed or a NOA Code 1 and an empty NOA Code 2.
Status - Workaround Available
Please review the affected employee's document list for any SF 50s or SF 52s for any of the following:
- No NOA Code listed
- NOA Code of "001 - CANCELATION" and empty NOA Code 2
- NOA Code of "002 - CORRECTION" and empty NOA Code 2
You will need to modify the indexing on these forms to correct the NOA Code value(s) on the affected file. Once that is completed, the transfer process should work as expected.
