- Agency requests to utilize an RPA/bot solution in eOPF.
- Agency completes the eOPF RPA Request form and creates a Process Design/Definition Document (PDD).
- Agency emails the completed signed form and PDD to the eOPF Help Desk.
- eOPF Help Desk routes the request to the eOPF product owner and program manager.
- eOPF Help Desk informs the agency upon a determination.
